Todd Kenner brings more than 40 years of experience in engineering consulting and organizational leadership. He has held top roles in firms ranging from $20 million to $700 million, guiding strategic planning, business operations, and long-term growth. He is also a registered professional engineer in six states.

From 2009 to 2025, Todd led the transformation of RESPEC from a $14 million specialized firm into a diverse consulting company operating in 14 states and two Canadian provinces. Under his leadership, the Rapid City–based company grew to more than $140 million in annual revenue across the water, energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors.

Todd is also deeply committed to public service, contributing to professional organizations, public advisory boards, and community initiatives throughout his career. In 2006, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Public Service from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
