Jack Valentine serves as President and CEO of Elevate Rapid City, leading the organization’s work to create jobs and opportunities, support business growth and strengthen the regional economy.

Jack brings more than 27 years of experience in leadership, finance and administration, including service in the United States Marine Corps, law enforcement and state government. His leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and a commitment to bringing people together around a common purpose.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University. He and his wife, Alanna, have five daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors and competing and coaching in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
