Elevate Rapid City joined Fifth Park Place, LLC to celebrate the completion of a new mixed-use development at 4908 5th Street. The ribbon cutting marked a significant addition to south Rapid City, bringing new housing options alongside space for local businesses.
The 206,000-square-foot project includes two buildings with 132 apartment units, commercial space, an underground parking garage, and shared outdoor areas designed for residents to gather. The development is expected to open in June 2026, with leasing already underway.
For the team behind Fifth Park Place, the project reflects a long-term belief in the Rapid City community.
