Formerly known as Profile Plan, they have rebranded to what is now Peak Wellness and have been helping change lifestyles in the Black Hills community for more than seven years! They have four full-time health coaches whose mission is to change lives one relationship at a time. Focusing on an individual approach, each plan is unique to the individual and allows them to focus on goals that align with their core values.
