SonTech Vehicle Technologies (SVT) opened in January 2001. They recently hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrating their rebrand at 2451 Taggart Road. This momentous event marked over 20 years of dedicated service in the emergency vehicle upfitting industry, symbolizing the company's growth, innovation, and continued commitment to the community.

SVT specializes in customizing emergency vehicles, from ambulances and fire trucks to police cars, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet operational needs. The event featured an impressive display of their custom-built vehicles, showcasing their craftsmanship in vehicle upfitting. Guests enjoyed delicious food from Ugly Graffiti's food truck, and some lucky attendees walked away with prizes from the raffle, including a 22" Blackstone Grill.

In a heartfelt speech, SVT's leadership reflected on their journey: "This ribbon cutting symbolizes our passion, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Here's to many more years of serving our community and equipping first responders with the tools they need to save lives." This milestone not only celebrated their achievements but also emphasized their deep roots in Rapid City. As proud members of the local business community, SVT’s contributions to supporting first responders have been invaluable.

Elevate Rapid City congratulates SVT on this remarkable achievement and looks forward to witnessing their continued success in our community.
