Recognizing the unique challenges faced by local entrepreneurs, Elevate Rapid City poured its expertise into creating a curriculum encompassing critical business fundamentals. Participants will delve into goal setting, business planning, market research, marketing & branding, financial management, and sales strategies. The program fosters a dynamic learning environment through a combination of small group sessions facilitated by dedicated mentors, personalized one-on-one meetings, interactive workshops led by industry experts, and strategic networking events.
