On June 20th, Bashful Bison, a sandwich shop known for its locally sourced products and homemade bread and condiments, celebrated its new location at 601 Kansas City Street with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. This event marked the relocation of the business from its original location since opening in March of 2022.
Founded on quality and community support, Bashful Bison made a name for itself by offering delicious sandwiches, various bakery delights, and a selection of retail products crafted with the finest local ingredients. Their commitment to knowing the story behind its food and ensuring transparency about food origins resonates strongly with customers.
A representative from Bashful Bison credited multiple local businesses and organizations for their success, including Hay Camp Brewing Company, Rapid City Rush, Breadroot, Highmark Credit Union, Heroes and Villains, Elevate Rapid City, Shasta Mareno of EOS Worldwide, Pat Renli, Staple and Spice, and Black Hills Mushrooms.
