Alyssa Larkey joined the Elevate Rapid City team as the Employer Engagement Manager. She previously served in the Air Force at Ellsworth AFB, enjoying the area from 2007-2012. Alyssa has had a passion for the area since then, which led to her having a strong desire to come back to the community!

In your own words, how would you describe your role at Elevate?

As Elevate’s Employer Engagement Manager, I will be acting as a liaison for businesses, connecting employers to resources to support workforce goals to retain and attract future talent for the Black Hills region.

What excites you most about joining the Elevate team?

I am overjoyed to be part of a company that values the people and businesses within the community and region. My desire is to take on initiatives that address the concerns of the community, and I am delighted to be able to do so with such an amazing team here at Elevate.

Alyssa looks forward to contributing her gifts and talents in a way that will bring all of what she offers to the area at a greater capacity. When she is not at work, Alyssa enjoys staying physically active, being immersed in the community while enjoying restaurants, and sipping on a beverage at one of her favorite coffee shops!
