In their stride towards redefining the real estate landscape in the Black Hills, a prominent name in title insurance and escrow closing services known as SoDak Title has officially opened its new location at 2202 Mt. Rushmore Road.

Marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 19th, the event was a testament to SoDak Title's dedication to providing top-tier services in real estate transactions.

Established as Dakota Title in Spearfish seven years ago, SoDak Title decided to extend its presence to Rapid City three years ago. The company obtained its operational license for both Rapid City and Pennington County in February 2023, signifying a sizable milestone in its mission.

Greg Litton, President of the Rapid City office, expressed his gratitude, stating, "We are honored to be part of both the real estate and larger business community in the Black Hills. Adding this second location allows us to better serve our partners and clients by giving them additional access to our staff and services."

The ceremony showcased the new office space, and attendees were comprised of residents and business leaders, all of whom were visibly enthusiastic about the new facility.
