The space in the strip mall between Great Clips and Dollar Tree over by the Stumer Walmart is becoming Amazing Lash Studio with Drybar. This specialty salon provides a spa-like experience with the professional expertise of licensed stylists, who will help customize the length, fullness and shape of lashes to match each customer’s eye structure, lifestyle, and personal style.

A dental office is moving in next to Profile by Sanford in the Civic Center Plaza on Omaha Street. Dr. Austin Schmalz, DDS is the Dentist Owner of the Rapid City location. He graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. With years of valuable dental experience, he is proud to offer professional, compassionate care to patients.

525 Saint Joseph St

Nearly everyone has seen the big construction project between 5th and 6th Street on Saint Joseph while walking or driving downtown, but not everyone knows the details on what is happening. As of lately, noticeable construction progress has been made. But what is the massive space on Block 5 being turned into? There are multiple answers because this large 10-story building being built will include a retail space on the bottom floor, along with a Hyatt Place Hotel with 117 rooms and 131 Downtown Lofts on the remaining floors.
