A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was recently held for Borracho's Mexican Diner and Cantina by Elevate Rapid City. Nearly 30 people were in attendance and enjoyed the free margaritas provided by this family-owned and family-operated restaurant.

Located at 1902 Lacrosse St, Borrachos not only has a variety of Mexican dishes, such as enchiladas, burritos, and tacos, but also serves American breakfast, lunch, and dinner items, like eggs, bacon, and burgers. In addition to an assortment of food choices, this upbeat restaurant has a very extensive drink menu with over 30 beer choices and nearly 60 liquor options listed on their menu.

Borrachos puts on a variety of fun events, some for adults and others for the whole family. They have hosted karaoke, dance parties, and post-game parties, along with events providing entertainment options for children as well, such as face painting, a cotton candy machine, and prize drawings.

At Borrachos, they are passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive community and strive to make a positive impact. Their most recent Cinco De Mayo Fundraiser raised money for Suncatchers, an organization that does incredible work with people who have autism. Borrachos Mexican Diner and Cantina is open every day of the week and has varying hours depending on the day.
