Elevate Rapid City hosted a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Grand Opening of Hills Real Estate Team - Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Midwest Realty. With a terrific turnout, over 30 people were in attendance, enjoying the provided appetizers and refreshments.

Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Midwest Realty, located at 603 Omaha St, Suite 200, currently has 13 realtors specializing in commercial and residential Real Estate, all of whom are ready to meet the real estate needs of those in the Black Hills and beyond. The team, striving to expand all over the country, recently expanded to Sioux Falls, Wyoming, and Montana.

Cheri St. Pierre, the Team Owner, Broker, and Lead Realtor, has spent 23 years in Real Estate. Additionally, she has over 27 years of experience and training in negotiating and communication skills.

Having explored almost every inch of the Black Hills, Cheri has vast knowledge of the area and can assist with buying or selling properties throughout the hills.
