Recharge your 2022! Day of Excellence (DOE) returns for its 11th Day at The Monument on Wednesday, April 27 after a three-year hiatus!

Day of Excellence was developed 13 years ago by the Leadership Rapid City (now Elevate Leadership Institute) Class of 2009 with a mission -- To promote a culture of excellence through personal and professional development resulting in stronger communities.

Today, the mission is so much deeper than that statement. Through top-notch speakers, Day of Excellence hopes you will rediscover your drive, reconnect with your strengths, find your dream, re-energize your life, and network with others on the same journey.

This year's lineup features Denver Broncos Thunderstorm skydiver and 2016 DOE keynote speaker Kenyon Salo (The Bucket List Life) as guest EmCee.
