The Elevate Rapid City Workforce Development Scholarship was awarded to 3 deserving students. Each student received $2,000 to continue their education. This scholarship is awarded to Rapid City residents who are attending higher education at one of the Rapid City schools with the intent to continue contributing to the local workforce. This year’s recipients were Alexandria Anderson who is attending Western Dakota Tech, Lana Nielsen who is attending SDSU in Rapid City, and Shaina Colombe who is attending South Dakota School of Mines & Technology.
