About the Speakers:

Paul H. Grossman, Jr.

Paul H. Grossman, Jr. brings over 30 years of experience in international trade and foreign direct investment across the public and private sectors, with work in more than 30 countries. He currently serves as Manager, USA for Prime Target, SAS, and Executive Director of IBG Global LLC, a global network delivering market entry services in 100+ countries. Previously, as Vice President of International Trade for the State of Virginia, he generated over $650 million in annual export sales and helped drive $3.8 billion in capital investment and 15,425 jobs through the state's FDI program. Paul holds a master's degree from the ASU Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Pete Mento

Pete Mento is a licensed Customs House Broker and leading authority in global customs, trade compliance and duty‑minimization. At Baker Tilly US he heads the Global Trade Advisory practice, bringing more than three decades of experience including senior leadership roles at DSV Air & Sea and other major trade‑and‑logistics firms. Pete holds a master’s degree in Government/Trade Theory from Harvard University and completed undergraduate studies at Maine Maritime Academy.

With extensive experience in supply chain strategy, logistics, pricing, and commercial development, he works closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that strengthen customer value and drive sustainable business performance. Bill has successfully led global collaboration efforts involving customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders across North America, Europe, and Asia, helping organizations improve efficiency, enhance service offerings, and achieve strategic objectives. Known for his practical, results-oriented approach, he combines data-driven decision making with a strong focus on relationship building and team alignment.
