Details
Join us on March 11 at The Monument for a powerful and informative session led by Chief Warrant Officer 5 (Ret.) Darla Crown, Volunteer Mentor Coordinator for the Pennington County Veterans Court.
We’ll take a closer look at Veterans Court—why it was created, how it supports veterans navigating the justice system, and the life‑changing impact it has on long‑term recovery. A key focus of the presentation is the veteran mentor network, a cornerstone of the program. These mentors stand shoulder‑to‑shoulder with fellow veterans, offering understanding, accountability, and encouragement that only someone who has walked a similar path can provide.
If you’re passionate about supporting those who have served, this is a conversation you’ll want to be part of.
Along with the featured speakers, the luncheon will also include updates from Ellsworth Air Force Base & South Dakota National Guard.
