This engaging event will offer attendees a unique opportunity to hear firsthand insights into leadership, business growth, challenges, and successes from some of the region’s top executives. Designed to inspire and connect emerging professionals, the panel will cover topics such as career development, innovation, and navigating today’s business landscape. Robert Raker

Robert Raker, West River Electric's CEO, has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He holds a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law as well as a Master Electrician’s License in South Dakota. In addition to his hands-on expertise in the field, Robert has played key roles at the Cooperative in Legislative Affairs, Strategy Execution, Interconnection Requests, and Member Relations.

Shon Anderson

For 10 of his 11 years with B9Creations, Shon has served as CEO of the company. Prior to joining the B9Creations team, Shon spent nearly 20 years growing, developing, and leading businesses in the cleantech industry. He worked for small regional firms and fortune 500 companies, aligning and growing businesses around new market opportunities. Shon is driven by the core belief that you grow your business by growing your people. As a degreed engineer with a track record of growing businesses from $5M to $250M+, Shon brings a knowledge of addressing large-scale technical challenges that fit perfectly with B9Creations’ vision for growth and expansion. Shon is actively engaged in our community, serving on boards of multiple companies and charitable organizations.
 
Paulette Davidson

Paulette Davidson, MBA, FACHE, CMPE, serves as President and CEO of Monument Health, a community-based health care system headquartered in Rapid City, S.D., that includes five hospitals, eight specialty and surgical centers, and more than 40 clinics. Monument Health provides care in 33 medical specialties and employs over 5,200 physicians and caregivers, serving communities across western South Dakota and eastern Wyoming.

With more than 30 years of experience in health care leadership, Davidson is known for building high-performing teams and enhancing patient care. Prior to joining Monument Health, she held senior leadership roles at Nebraska Medicine, Indiana University Health Goshen Hospital, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America. She earned her MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Ray Hespen

Ray Hespen is the CEO and co-founder of Property Meld, a maintenance automation software company. Ray and his co-founder, David Kingman, started Property Meld in 2015 to bring intelligent maintenance to the property management world. Property Meld is the leading the nation with a software platform that manages maintenance for over 800,000+ rentals that handles over $1 billion in repairs annually between 1.5 million renters and 60,000 vendors. His background is rooted in manufacturing operations. A degreed engineer, his previous roles have involved reducing operating expenses while improving quality and consistency. He has combined this operational knowledge with technology to start one of the largest, and fastest-growing real estate maintenance software companies in the United States.
