Elevate Rapid City is seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer to serve as the organization’s chief strategist, spokesperson, and champion for economic vitality across the Black Hills region.
Elevate is a regional leader in economic development, innovation, workforce, and business advocacy, advancing sustainable growth and elevating the region for all. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President & CEO will lead a high-impact, investor-driven organization focused on business attraction, talent alignment, and long-term regional competitiveness. The President & CEO is the organization’s primary external representative and internal leader—responsible for aligning stakeholders, executing strategy, and delivering measurable economic impact.
